Wet Paint
Under wet paint and air-dry coating we offer one and two pack air-dry spray finishes using systems from a range of manufacturers. Air-dry coatings offer a number of benefits and options ranging from ease of application and coating of specific heat and process sensitive materials at a reduced cost.
Basic Coatings
include corrosion resistent finishes with zinc phosphate for added corrosion protection and greater durability.
Synthetic Finishes
include a range of options such as fast drying coatings, specialist outdoor coatings for street furniture and exterior coatings offering resistance to petrol, paraffin and mineral oil spillages. Synthetic air-dry coatings are also suited to brush application making them ideal for items that might require ongoing attention.
Powder Coating
We provide three main coating types; Polyester, Epoxy and Epoxy/Polyester powder coating as well as Nylon powder coating.
Polyester powder coatings
Ideal for external use where durability, colour fastness and gloss retention in outside UV conditions is required.
Epoxy powder coating
Better for internal use on parts that need corrosion and impact resistance and adhesion characteristics.
Epoxy/Polyester powder coating
A hybrid blend of the two resins for 'all round' performance i.e. like Epoxy powder coating with better weatherability and Polyester powder coating with better corrosion protection.
Nylon powder coating
is suited to medical applications due do its non-chip chemical resistant finish and typically used for operating theatre equipment for example.
Specialist Coatings
We offer two-pack Non-Isocyanate Acrylic Topcoat which is chemically resistant and Polyurethane Topcoat which is an acrylic polyurethane coating with excellent colour and gloss retention.
Polyurethane Coatings
High quality, two-pack, air drying polyurethane which can be applied as a low gloss smooth or textured finish. It has excellent hardness and resistance to mechanical damage, a high level of resistance to water and wide variety of chemicals and minimises unwanted light reflection. Ideal for computer housings, business machines, and instrument panels.
Environmental Coatings
We offer a polyurethane coating formulated with a higher solids content in order to reduce the VOC levels in accordance with the guidelines relating to the Environmental Protection Act (EPA) whilst retaining the properties of conventional isocyanate cured systems. Available in a range of colours and gloss levels with excellent durability and colour retention. Applied in either smooth or spatter finish.
Commercial vehicle coatings
We offer high performance and versatile polyurethane acrylic finishes with outstanding gloss and colour retention. Developed specifically for finishing commercial vehicles, the two-pack Polyurethane Acrylic Finish is equally suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, exhibiting good chemical resistance and durability, to provide extended paint life when used in the correct system.
