Air Dry Coatings

We offer one and two-pack air dry spray finishes using systems from a range of manufacturers. Air dry coatings offer a number of benefits and options ranging from ease of application and touch up, coating of specific heat and process sensitive materials and reduced cost.

Basic Coatings

can include corrosion resistent finishes with zinc phosphate for added corrosion protection and greater durability.

Synthetic Finishes

include a range of options such as fast drying coatings, specialist outdoor coatings for street furniture and exterior coatings offering resistance to petrol, paraffin and mineral oil spillages. Synthetic air dry coatings are suited to brush application making them ideal for items that might require ongoing attention.

Defence Coatings

We offer a range of specialist defence and aerospace high technology coatings for the following applications: Infra red reflective (IRR), Chemical agent resistant (CARC), Solar heat reflective (SHR) and Camouflage coatings.

Two Pack Coatings

are used for more complex applications where requirements for improved adhesion, gloss retention, environmentally sensitive use and glass coating, for example. The sections below detail a range of Two Pack Coatings.

Glass Coatings

We offer either a two pack Non-Isocyanate Acrylic Topcoat which is chemically resistant or a two pack Polyurethane Topcoat which is an acrylic polyurethane coating with excellent colour and gloss retention.

Polyurethane Coatings

high quality, two pack, air drying polyurethane which may be applied to produce a spatter, texture or, applied conventionally, to give a smooth result in a choice of low gloss finishes. It has excellent hardness and resistance to mechanical damage. It also has a high level of resistance to water and a wide variety of chemicals, good chemical resistance and minimises unwanted light reflection. Ideal for computer housings, business machines, instrument panels.

Environmental Coatings

We offer a two pack polyurethane coating formulated with a higher solids content, in order to reduce the VOC levels in accordance with the guidelines relating to the Environmental Protection Act (EPA) whilst retaining the properties of conventional isocyanate cured systems. Available in a range of colours and gloss levels with excellent durability and colour retention. Applied conventionally in either smooth or spatter finishes.

Vehicle Coatings

We offer a high performance and versatile two pack polyurethane acrylic finish with outstanding gloss and colour retention. Developed specifically for finishing vehicles, the two pack Polyurethane Acrylic Finish is equally suitable for a wide range of industrial applications, exhibiting good chemical resistance and durability, to provide extended paint life when used in the correct system.
