Polyester Powder Coating
Polyester powder coatings are ideal for external use where UV stability and weather resistance is required. Typical examples include outdoor cabinets, architectural components, automotive trim, cladding, furniture and parts. Powders are available in a wide range of colours in gloss, satin, matt and textured effects and can be custom matched to the user's requirements. We offer a full range of polyester powder systems from multiple manufacturers including; HMG 727, HMG 827 (architectural), HMG 867 (anti-graffiti) and TLP-G (polyester gloss). Coating thicknesses are generally 55 - 65 microns.Epoxy Powder Coating
Epoxy powder coatings are ideal for industrial and engineering applications and have excellent chemical resistance and mechanical properties although are suseptible to colour breakdown under UV. We offer a full range of epoxy powder systems from multiple manufacturers including HMG 817. Epoxy Polyester (hybrid) powder coatings are a mix of polyester (excellent exterior performance) and epoxy (excellent chemical and mechanical properties) powder offering a combination of properties.Typical applications include; electrical enclosures, white goods, light fittings, tools, radiators, office furniture and business machines. We offer a full range of epoxy-polyester hybrid powder systems from multiple manufacturers including; HMG 617, Thermaset TLM-G (gloss), Thermaset TLM-S (semi-gloss) and Thermaset TLM-M (matt).
Zinc-rich epoxy coatings are also available as primer coats on phosphated or blast-cleaned steel objects and structures which when combined with a polyester top coat offers enhanced resistance to weathering and corrosion.
